The Planning and Facilitation of Development Bill, 2013

AN ACT relating to the planning and development of land and to repeal and replace the Town and Country Planning Act, Chap. 35:01
The bill as introduced requires a special majority in order to be passed. The bill will come into effect upon proclamation.
